Bimini North

So we are tied up at the marina and have our cruising and fishing pass. We walked around town our first afternoon to get a custom to our surroundings and determine what we want to do.  Winds are 30 to 45 miles per hour not the greatest and I am glad we are in a marina.  Will be here a few days anyone who is at anchor is coming in as well.

And it was not Christopher Columbus who discovered Bimini but Ponce de Leon.

Nice big pool so John and I went in on Saturday.

Both Friday and Saturday we rented a golf cart and toured all over 24 hour rental.  We went to the bank and could not get any money out as it will not accept chip visa’s so we went to the casino to get cash out.  Everything is pretty much cash here.  So make sure you have enough.  You must pay your cruising permit for us $300.00 in cash.

No this is a resort and they are continuing building but it is amazing.  Talked to a lady who said we could buy a 2 bedroom condo for $150,000.00  WOW took some pictures of some of the condos.

Met some people on the beach and a gentleman was making Pina Colodas so we had to have one before we left to explore some more.

By the way this same spot had a photo shot on the beach just as we were leaving.
