Christmas and the New Year

We arrived back in Canada and spent Christmas with Michelle and the girls as well as got my puppy back for a few days.

They all checked out the new lantern Payton got for Christmas.  On the 27th we did another road trip to Montreal with the grandkids to see Cameron in Montreal.

Jacainte’s house is great and we had a great time.  Took the kids to YooHoo’s for a fun day. Cameron got stuck in the passageway and Payton and Karalee when on trampaleen.

Fun place and spent the day there.  Left the next day to see John’s sister in Orleans/Ottawa.  She just turned 93 and I swear she does not look a day over 73.

Left Ottawa to visit Jacinte’s parents for New Years in Gatineau.  Lovely family and made us feel right at home.  Great people and company to ring in the New Year.

Left Gatineau and went back to Montreal to Jacinte’s.

The back to Barrie to pack up and head south.  I must admit the snow and cold was not for us -40 is cold and the amount of snow we had was incredible.

Headed for Niagara Falls heard it was frozen so took some pictures before heading south to our boat.

Did not know there is a runaway barge stuck at the top of the falls.  Looks like it has been there a long time.  Crossing the bridge back tot eh US.  Miss the warm weather it won’t be long now.

So we are now home in Florida,  from New York to Pennsylvania to West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.  quite the trip but glad to be back.  As soon as we got back we went shopping guess where?  Stocked up.  It is good to be home will tell you more soon.
