Arriving Montreal

Old Montreal Jacques Cartier Marina.

So we heard from everyone we had to visit the cold room so John  rang the bell for them to come up and open up for us to grab a drink.

That was our experience in the cold room really quaint.

They had a zip line you could go on right at the Old Montreal harbour at Jacques Cartier Marina.  Had a great visit and time in Montreal. They even had air show.

Went to dinner at Cam and Jacinte’s lovely evening and great company.  Bob N Along came to dinner as well.

We are on our way again.  This was a nice stop for a couple days to rest.

So we went into town for a drink was going to go to the Legion but it was closed.  We left the next morning and headed to Ottawa.

This was on the Gatineau side and we are now at the locks in Ottawa.

Parliament Buildings in January 2019 they will be moved and closed for renovations for 10 years.

We are now leaving Ottawa and travelling on the Rideau.  This is almost 12 miles of park on both sides and the canal really great.

So we came to rest at Long Island Lock Manitock, met up with friends and went to lunch.
