So we left Thunderbolt Marina and headed towards Beaufort, South Carolina.

We came across thewse cargo ships going into Savannah to unload.

 

They ask you to stay back until they get through the channel as we are crossing this channel.

Passed through Hilton Head and going across Port Royal Sound the ocean looks very calm.

As you can see most of the waterway is marsh on both sides.

Reached Beaufort and anchored.

We are going to go exploring Beaufort tomorrow.
