Left Clewiston

This is the entrance to the marina, once outside we can go left back to LaBelle or right to head through the swampy ditch to go around the lake or straight and out towards the lake.

WE choose to go straight across.

Still marsh on both sides it will open to a lake soon.

It is a little foggy but not to bad. This guy almost flew in the back window as we traveled.

Not sure why this is in the middle of the lake.  Arrived safely on the other side to go through the lock.

Into another channel still the Okeechobee River.

By the way the lake nor the river is blue it is as brown as you can imagine.

Came down this channel and anchored for the nite.  A fisherman came by and said there where about 20 canadians who had homes just of the boardwalk where we anchored no name to this bay so I cannot tell you.
