Deltaville, anchorage

So we are anchored, waited out the storm and took the dingy into a marina to go exploring.  Got to the marina and saw Tanuki at the dock so visited them for awhile.  Have not seen them since Bald Head Island and howling at the moon.

So we left the marina and walked over to a museum.

They have all these walkways through the bush with these sculptures really quite nice.  The museum is not open yet so we are touring the grounds.

We still have not got the museum but we did make another stop.  Remember I said we have had 5 days of rain off and on.  Well time to get boots.

Now in the museum the young lady gave us a bag of goodies: books, magazines history of the area and maps.  Great little museum but my camera won’t take any more pictures.DSC02011.JPG

So we left the marina and walked to a restaurant down the street had a sandwich and lemonade, walked some more and came back to the boat.  Now the boat was 87 degrees inside so for the first time in months we started the gennie and put on the air.  Wow it made it tollerable just by cooling the boat down to go to bed last nite.

Until later everyone.
